I am committed to providing a physical training program specific to each of my clients. It is proven that the healthier and fitter the golfer, the lower the chance they incur an injury and that becoming a more mobile/flexible golfer enables them to get the efficient swing they have always wanted and therefore hit the ball further and straighter.

The Golf Fitness Coach is dedicated to providing 3 different services; 1 to 1 personal training, online coaching and TPI physical screening. Your program is designed for a multitude of situations and include; home workouts, body weight workouts, on the road workouts, resistance band workouts and gym weight training.

Any of these 3 options, alongside exclusive e-books and free blogs will help to guide you in the right direction with your golf fitness journey.

Online Coaching

As the most flexible immersive coaching experience I have, suited to your timetable, fitting around work & life and can be done anywhere in the world!

The Online Coaching program is designed around the 5 pillars of golf fitness. The program will keep you accountable, training wherever & whenever you can and help you to stay on track with your goals. All of which will help you to become a better and healthier golfer.

If you are in the Edinburgh area and think that a more hands on approach would be better suited to you, then my 1 to 1 Coaching experience is most definitely the one for you. Just like the Online Coaching, this is another immersive experience, perhaps even more engaging.
